Sports beauty is an important part of the contest in the Miss Vietnam 2020 pageant, highlighting the athletes' health, vigor and dynamism. The Sports Beauty Contest consists of two main parts: short distance running, endurance sports and swimming elective. Swimming is not a compulsory competition, but the winner will take a big plus for the title of Sports Beauty. This is also a good opportunity for contestants to exercise after a long journey with Miss Vietnam 2020.

From the early morning of November 9, top 35 Miss Vietnam 2020 participated in the Sports Beauty contest at Vung Tau beach. Candidates also showed a performance in swimsuits to kick off the competition. Beauty Thuy Tien also appeared in active outfits as the MC leading the show.
Beginning with part 1 of short distance running, contestants divide into groups to participate in part 30m long distance running. Each contest attempt selects the winner who entered the final round and ranked by winner based on the last run. Candidate Pham Thi Ngoc Anh won first place and finished fastest.

With part 2 of the endurance test, the groups perform 3 consecutive Squat contents (butt and thigh strengthening exercises) - abdominal flexion - Plank (push-ups). The winner of each group will continue to compete to select the winner. Plank content is considered by many girls to be the most difficult to conquer. Rather than perseverance, the body needs strong endurance in order to lift the abdominal muscles into straight lines for extended periods of time. At the end of the endurance competition, the organizers found 7 worthy winners. Notably, contestant Thanh Thuy has the longest Plank time of 3 minutes 28 seconds. Under the coastal sunlight, 35 girls competed nonstop in the cheers and cheers.

Candidates who have had asthma have an excellent swimming record
After two main competitions, 4 contestants Bao Nghi, Ngoc Trang, Minh Trang, Tu Quynh continued to participate in the optional competition: swimming, directly competing on the 20m long swimming track. When the whistle signaled the end of the competition, "the fish" Phu Bao Nghi impressed by his outstanding swimming ability to win.
Candidate Phu Bao Nghi also shared that since he was born, he had asthma. The best cure for her is swimming practice, so at 4 years old Bao Nghi learned to swim and can swim well. The more she was exposed, the more she was passionate about water sports, the girl was recruited into the swimming team at ABC International School. Bao Nghi used to have a lot of experience participating in the school's swimming tour with high achievement. At the age of 12, she excellently won a gold medal in swimming frog 50 meters at Fobisia - a regional competition for students of the British International School Association in Asia. This is also the highest achievement that Nghi has achieved.

Only 19 years old, she owns 10 swimming medals, including 4 gold medals. From the style of swimming frog, butterfly or stride, Bao Nghi has won awards.
